Sunday we spent the day in our jammies doing our holiday baking. I'm all about easy but yummy recipes. I've said it before and I'll say it again "I'm not a baker! I'm a cook." That means our holiday baking day includes Chex Mix, Seasoned Oyster Crackers, Easy Rolo Turtles, Dipped Pretzels and one of our all time favorites - Crunchy Peanut Bark!
2 lbs. almond bark
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Break the almond bark up and microwave it for 2 minutes or until smooth and completely melted. Stir the peanut butter in until completely incorporated. Add cereal, peanuts and marshmallows. Drop by large spoonful onto wax paper and cool.
